We moved here in december and this is our experince here at Pk apartments...

The management here is beyond terrible... this is honestly the worst management I have ever had to deal with in my life. They NEVER return calls... and belive me I have called, they know me by name! They hire crappy people in the leasing office who are rude and dishonest. Very inconsiderate, and only care about the $$$ their bringing in. Very difficult to get answers from them, and because of all this I have decided to hire a lawer and make notes of EVERYthing thats gone on here since we have moved in.

The apartment is actually nice when its fixed up and not falling apart (which most of them are). I got lucky, mine is in overall good shape and with my handy skills, better then it was when I moved in. Its 2br 1 bath 900sq ft. Rooms are big sizes, kitchen is opened by not my favorite. I fortunatly have newer appliances, but my neighbors apartment does not and most of hers do not work. We have brand new carpet, so I am somewhat pleased with the conditions. Expect to do alot of work yourself because there isnt enought maintance people to go around.

Maintance is slow due to high demand and only 6-7 guys on golf carts doing the work. They are responsible for PK and providence park, so unfortunatly there is a lot of work and not enough man power to get it done with. I call everyday when I have a problem I need for them to fix and in the 2-3 months we have lived here I have been on the phone and aweful lot. They do eventually get the job done, Danny is the man you want to call for big jobs, AC, washer, water heater, etc. He is quick, and actually calls you back, which is some thing management knows nothing about.

Safety is some thing that is a big concern for me because I have children. So far we have had things stolen from our porch (we live on the first floor) and have heard gun shots late at night. During the last two weeks there have been two police officers patroling the neighborhoods, very nice guys, I now have their direct number to call incase I need to. So far so good.... I also recived permission to install a chain lock on my front door. If you do move here I would recommend buying one! Also consider covering up anything you may own thats expensive. Example: TV, laptop... dont have any thing delivered here in the laptop boxes or let it be seen in plain view. Reason for this is to think like a criminal... and if I were one and saw you moving in a 32in LCD TV I would be much more likely to break in your house to take it. So keep all this in mind before and after you move into this or any apartment complex!

Cleanlyness... well if it wasnt for other tenants trashy habits we wouldnt have roaches or the garbage outside all over the place. PLEASE pick up after yourselves! This place doesnt screen for the trashy neighbors you might have here, so beware you might move in next to the garbage collector and not know it!

My overall experince here has been aweful, mostly due to management problems. I compair them to slum lords, due to the way they run this place and the types of people they allow to move in here. I am a clean person, very quiet neighbor and I expect the same from others. We have had nothing but problems from them and their staff in the office, and that is the number one reason I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. As a renter, no one wants to spend their days on the phone calling every number in the phone book to get your problems taken care of! I cant even begin to tell you the stress and agrivation those people have caused me and my family. At this point I have chosen to seek legal actions against them because my efforts have not gotten me anywhere. If you do live here or plan on moving, buy a notebook and take notes on every call, every maintance request, all the work that has been done, and every single insident you have had working with these people. TAKE pictures! I have done all of this, and so should you! Management will try to ----- you if your not careful.

White trash, gangbangers, hookers & drug dealers. This place should be shut down.
