My boyfriend was already living there for about 7 months before I moved in with him. I completely understand his reasoning for living there. its a nice sized 1BR for a really cheap amount. after about 3 months of me there my car got broken into and my stereo ripped out. It didnt matter how much i cleaned or sprayed or set traps....the roached always managed to get in a swarm the place. It was absolutely embarrasing to have friends over. at night i was scared to turn the kitchen light off, because i didnt want to see the bugs in the morning. The dump always overflowed with trash bags. and not just overflow. im talking enough garbage to fill another large dumpster. everything in my apartment broke...ac, disposal, tiles in bathtub. I didnt feel safe there at all. im glad i had dogs and lived next to some nice people. I of course lived on the outside of the complex where it wasnt ghetto. If i lived in the middle i dont know what i wouldve done.
