Management onsite are indifferent at best, outright rude at worst. Billing office do not return calls, their billing mistakes and then the penalize you for not responding. Prepare to be your own pest control, roach problems especially on the first floor, due to ill fitting sliding doors, gaps in window frames. The police are frequent vistors, didn't have any problems myself but obviously there is a problem. It is a poorly built, cheap cabinets, fixtures and not maintained at all. As for cheap rent, it might start out that way to lure people in but then they gradually up it, $885 for a 1 bed crappy apt with a lease' For this place, please. So many much nicer places in Brandon. If you take the chance, second other reviewers fill out the move in checklist in detail and get copies. Same thing with any money orders. My deposit check went missing, they came after me for the money and fortunetly for me I could track it; someone attempted to cash it. I sent them proof, they were so nasty about it and it was one of their employees name on my check. No apology nothing. They treat their tenants like crap. take photos on leaving, don't count on ever seeing your deposit no matter how you leave the place, and the 30 days notice means nothing, unless you are gone by the last day of the month. The stick you for the entire next months rent if you move out with notice on the 1st of the month.
