I loved there for over 2 years and trying to get the maintenance people there was a nightmare. I don't know how many times my AC went out and it would take them 3 days to show up. One there was such a bad leak you could smell it. They kept refilling the freon and it would be out in a day. Finally they came in and found the leak...wanna know how they fixed it' They wrapped duct tape around the hole in the line!!! When that didn't work they finally came in and replaced the line. The grounds are not kept up at all...you walk around and see screens ripped up hanging off the windows, trash piled up around the dumpsters, broken glass everywhere, and how bout those ponds in the "view" area' I think the ducks get poisoned in there...they have growths. Lets not talk about the bugs. The people in the office are a absolute joke! They act like they are doing you a favor even being there. In reality, you are doing a favor. Now they say I never gave them my 30 day notice and that I have to give them one or no deposit back. I did give them notice in writing...now I guess its time to get an attorney.

That is funny. You may as well live in a third world country because it took three days to get your AC fixed? Seriously?
