So My husband,my son and I have lived here for almost a year now and I've read alot of the reviews...had to sit back and laugh. If you live in Florida you are going to have roaches..it comes with the territory.We have had afew problems with our apartment, the toilet randomly overflowed one morning the maint. came out immediatly and fixed the toilet and a carpet cleaning company came out within a few hours and clean almost the whole apartment just to be nice! All they had to do was clean the hallway. The a/c unit inside the apt..started leaking, it took the maint. 3 times of coming out to fix it..my only complaint was that the man hardly undersands english! Hire a new A/C man! Thats been it so far as far as maint. Our neighbors are more than neighbors..they are friends. We live on the first floor and everyone always comes over to BBQ and hang out on our porch. I feel lucky b/c we've jad the worst luck with neighbors elswhere. WE do have neighbors one building over that has like 20 -------- living in like a 3 bedroom atleast I hope its a 3 bedroom...not being racist being truthful... seriously kick these people out...it just makes the place look bad. I have a huge issue with the trash compactor..they need an extra one or more dumpsters.We once in a while get a trash mountain. I am sure you get that in alot of complexes. parking is a pain in the butt but we own to large trucks.. we deal. Pools are almost always clean and they try to keep up with the lawncare..they are here alteast once a week to 2 weeks at the most. We have security for our safety they are awesome... I have hardly seen cops in our section..our little road is pretty quiet we are over by the small pool. i give these apartments about a 5 to a 6 for the effort. In cheap apartment complexes you should expect to have something you dont agree with..We pay $633 for a 2/1 and its definantly an okay place to live.You are minutes from everything. I am from the country and living in an apt in the city this one definantly has its days of being too loud (cars, music/people on their patios) But its alright...try it out. if you dont like it stick it out for the lease b/c I hear to get it of your credit it will cost about 4 grand.... happy apt shopping!

You must be filty if you expect roaches. Every apartment complex in FL does not have roaches. People like you sit back and laugh living next to a garbage mountain so things never change. They stay the same but your rent doesn't unless you live and work here. Stand up and make a difference where you live. Stop being a porch monkey on the plantation!
