I have lived here since the summer of last year.... I needed something fast and cheap and here I am.. The place is not that bad but it all depends on where your apartment is located. I lived close to the main street and had no problems and hope it remains that way. I heard gun shots couple nights but I think now a days you will find ---- everywhere. The office well they are a waste of time.... they look at you all dumb not really helpful. When I moved in they had a girl there that was very helpful and I always went to her, now they have one that is pregnant and she barely speaks English thats one and two she needs customer service skills. Anyways before you sign the lease make sure you ask them if your apartment is fixed up....They told me my apartment was move in ready and I was missing a cabinet door, hole behind the blinds in the bedroom, shower kept leaking downstairs, dirty carpets, water spots from the ceiling, dirt walls. Basically I kept cleaning the carpets with the carpet cleaner every other week...That's how I kept it clean. Maintenance well it took them few days to fix anything and usually I got a hold of the supervisor Danny if im not mistaken to do something. Few nights I stayed up watching tv and heard rounds of ammunition go off.... case and point try to get an apartment by the front of the road...I think going in to the back is more riskier because there's hiding places and way to many cars.... Hope this helps

P.s. If they still have the first month free 2nd month half of and last month half off...make sure you double check your lease for it because the lady that gave me my lease messed up and didnt write last month free.



And they let dogs in with 25 lbs limit but there's German shepards, rottweilers, akitas, pitbulls, the complex is so big and the fact they have to manage plantation key and providence park they really don't pay attention to dogs...maintenance don't really care but office might say something
