The rent is afordable but you get what you pay for. Noisy neighbors which of course you can get anywhere, but on top of that, there is a lot of drugs around here and unsupervised kids. They run around cussing ... more

You get what you pay for. The rent is nice, but there are so many issues with Noisy Neighbors, people blaring their music at all hours of the day. They replace appliances with refurbished appliances that still break. The maintenance ... more

Rent is cheap, but that s all. Roaches, and bugs, noisy neighbors, maintenance is only a voicemail they will never get back to you, management is rude beyond belief, office always is crowded because management will just go on break ... more
