these apaprtments are very cheap so they dont keep ANYTHING up. maintance sucks you have to wait 2 months to get anything fixed.the stairs are falling apart and will break soon when told about the problem they did nothing to fix them. water mokinson's all out by the pond. WATCH out for them.dont walk your dogs there. hot tub never works and when it does its COLD. pool is clean but they do nothing about the dirty mexican men who will sit and look at you and whistle when you are at the pool with your KIDS!!they have a tow truck that comes around every week and will tow your car if it looks like its a junkier-im not lieing i lived there for 2 years i saw it all. they crime rate is through the roof. they do not do criminal background checks so you never now who you are living next to. i lived to a sex offeneder and did not know it till i talked to him while getting the mail.you will not get your deposist back beacuse the carpet in all apaprtments is 10 years old and thats how they keep it by saying you messed up the rugs. DISHWASHER"S never work!!!bad lighting in the parking areas. this place is only for the college student. it is the worst place i ever lived.
