Check out the black dude with gold teeth,
No shirt on, boxers hanging out his pants, cell phone and a stocking cap in 104 degree heat.
I'm not making this up and I'm not a racist.
Cops can't do anything and management doesn't care. Maybe this review will help fix things.
Ever at the apartments go talk to him, he just walks away. If he has a shirt on that day he puts it over his head and runs.
