Rent is right here. They surely love to take it from you and give you ---- in return.
Apartments are roomy. They don't tell you that several have mold along the baseboards and maintenance can't seem to find the time to fix it. and that their full of roaches.
Water and sewer and washer and dryer included. What they don't tell you is that Water and sewer are free in 99% apartments anyway. Not too mention that the sewer backs up onto the grass when a flood comes.
Nice wood views too. This is where they do alot of the crack dealings.
The lovely ammenities they don't mention is the ---- filled pool and the rats outside in all the broke down washing machines next to the one dumpster.
Oh and the washer and dryer I have are 11 years old and maintenance is still wating for the heating element to fix the dryer. It's been 7 weeks now.
