Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
These apartments have to be the shittiest ive ever seen in my 48 years on this earth. ive never seen so many roaches in 1 kitchen before you even move your stuff in. it took those retards 4 mths to fix my appliances and this year there has been 326 calls to the police. Ghetto! to say the least. People complain about a bicycle being stolen. ive only been here four mths and theres been 2 armed robberies with guns involved. 3 different drug dealers who live in bldg 305 alone who were shooting off a 38 on new years eve. i swear they will rent to anyone straight out of prison.
