PLEASE READ ON TO SEE THE REAL
i completely agree ...with everything .I'm in providence park but they have the same owners. I been there for 2 1/2 yrs and since being there it has been a mess .Parking is a mess at night so good luck if you have a late shift. I even had maintenance tell me that if they don't know you they wont come to you right away , so stay away from the guy "J.R." he is a drug dealer and works for them. Also i just didn't understand the issue with appliances ; the dishwasher never worked and when i told them guess what , they sprayed 40dw on it (i could of did that ) i got fed up and just said forget about it. I seen so many people

get robbed. Bookkeeping is always messing up your account information so it will teach you to keep receipts on everything you do with them on business otherwise they will ty to evict you quick. I even had neighbors parting and threw up right in front of my apartments. i told maintenance and nothing happened.walls are as hallow so i heard everything; i mean from the girl getting beat up to the big foots upstairs. And the doors that are there are awful, because you have to open then to get to your apartments, it is just ghettooooo. Leasing office is so rude and unprofessional, its not even funny. look if your immature and just starting out with apartments it might be good for you, but otherwise don't do it. It a reason why people are not giving good reviews.I know i wont get my deposit my due to all the issues with this apartment and they will blame it on me ( funny though how everyone is havig the same issue). Need i say more "DONT MOVE HERE". I truly urge you not to move here or you will have to put up with the rudeness, the unprofessional, the unlicensed maintenance/drug dealing people, and basically they are belittling you like you are not a responsible adult.

P.S. I ALSO FIND IT FUNNY THAT THERE IS NO DIVERSITY IN ANY OF THE APARTMENTS LEASING OFFICE, AND IF YOUR NOT SPEAKING ANOTHER LANGUAGE THEY'LL JUST DISREGARD YOU ALL TOGETHER, AND I HAVE SEEN IT. THANK GOD I HAVE A SECOND LANGUAGE (SPANISH) SO THAT WAS THE ONLY THING GOING GOOD FOR ME (BESIDES THE WASH/DRYER)...SAD THOUGH

It is truly hard to know where to begin. I moved in because my husband and I had just seperated, and we decided to live in the same complex (because of our daughter needing to adjust). He picked this place because it was close to his job. I so should have known better. I moved in and the very first thing I notice is that the kitchen cabinet hardware is literally rusted so bad that every time I opened my cabinets rust would flake off, often into the food on the counter. I reported it. Nothing happened. I then did laundry in the washer provided in my apartment...I made the mistake of assuming since the first two loads were ok that the next would be as well, and I went shopping instead of watching my laundry. I came back and the water was STILL running trying to fill the washer to start. I stopped it and checked my clothes...my brand new clothes which I had bought that weekend...they were completely ruined by the bleach that is in the city water around there. I reported it. Nothing happened. I then had my air conditioner die on me. In summer. In FLORIDA summer. I was pregnant at the time. The air conditioning was out for THREE DAYS. I miscarried my baby, and I still believe it was due to the extreme stress that this apartment caused me. I reported it. Nothing happened. I came home one morning (I worked nights) and noticed the oddest thing. Several people were standing around at the ground floor of my apartment building, almost right under my apartment (I was on the third floor). I didn't think much of it, then I walked in to my apartment. It was flooded. The toilet in the extra bathroom (which I literally had never used) was overflowing its tank for no apparent reason. I shut off the water at the back of the tank and freaked out trying to save my furniture which was getting wet at the bottom. I was so lucky. The people below me were so not. One woman and her huband were woken up by their baby girl saying "It's raining in my room" at one in the morning. They turned on lights and it WAS raining...in their entire apartment. The woman got shocked trying to turn off her electric to keep it from starting a fire. The other couple were also experiencing rain INSIDE their apartment, all from my third floor broken toilet. They had been calling the emergenct maintenance all night with absolutely no response. All maintenance had to do was go turn off the freaking water. I was told by one of the women waiting outside that the maintenance man was having an affair with the office personnel, and that apparently they would not answer her calls because of some stupid friendship drama. Nice. Everything these families owned was completely ruined, every stick of furniture, every single picture, every single bit of everything. The apartments sent men (the NEXT DAY) to vacuum up the water, and set fans on for THREE days (omg the noise) instead of replacing the carpets. The carpets never dried out correctly, I never got any other assistance with it other than them sending a man out to spray vile chemicals into the carpet every time I called to complain about the mold smell that permeated my apartment. The carpet came up in every single doorway, and was never fixed. The families below me never got reimbursed, and were not able to save anything at all from their apartments except for some of their clothing. The lights never ever worked on my stairwell (third floor, remember?). I reported it. Nothing happened. There were ants in my apartment, and dead roaches all the time. I reported it. Nothing happened. This place was so incredibly bad that I was forced to leave before my lease was up. Since I did not retain a lawyer, I had to pay them four THOUSAND dollars three years later in order to get off my credit so I could rent again. I am still utterly disgusted by the entire experience.
