i moved in, in july and this place is around 60 bad and 40 good my on personal thought, im moving out when my lease is up my roomie picked this place not me. I havent heard of killings or drug deals going down yet. Its a quiet place but the apartment itself is alright but it does kind of look run down, basically all im saying its not the worst but im not staying.
