All I can say is if you want to beleive the good reviews, just drive by and look around. Stop in at the maintenance office and see how the staff is standing around working on their cars. There is trash all over. The hallways were carpeted but the trash was left behind. The only cleaning that is being done is by the residents that are embarresed to have people come over. Warren is the owner of the property and he tells his staff that all we have to provide is heat and we have 48 hours to do so. All appliances are old or rebuilt with from other apartments that are not rented. Noise is not an issue since they do not care, all they want is your money. And if your real nice the staff will allow you to live there for cash thats right no contract. Mums the word, great place to buy drugs. cannot wait till my lease is up.
