Our lease is up in Oct. and I am counting the days. The place is full of rotting wood and mildew. The empty apartment in my building that is being used for 'storage' looks like a scene from Fright Night. Rotting walls and floors. Nasty! The place should be condemned. I've taken pic's as well as pic's of the piles of crap at the dumpsters. This place is a total health hazard and I'm sure if these pic's are put in the right hands, this place would be shut down.

Another thing.. maintenance. Ugh! They hide behind an answering service. You can only reach them by phone and than you must leave a message. Ok fine.. but my washing machine broke down and water was leaking on my floor,not to mention it was full of water and wet clothes.It was 2.5 weeks before they showed up.
After 3 days and no sign of maintenance, we had to fix it ourselves.
Obviously they are not concerned about water damage, among other things.

I could go on and on.. but I think you get the jist.
