The Roaches are so bad that I can't even start cooking for 5 MINUTES. They all come out. In the middle of the night they are bad too. I wake up at 4am to go to work and I spend the 1st 10-15 minutes killing whatever I can catch. It is infested. There are babies hatching in my kitchen cabinents and I even found some regular ones living in my makeup bags. I wanted to throw up. I've found one on my bed and I've had one crawl on me just sitting on my couch. I'm afriad that I'll get sick because you never know what they carry. I Have contacted the maintenence office several times and nothing got done. I've even taken pictures and showed it to them. I've seen them put my apartment in for pest controll but for the year that i've been here i've NEVER once seen them. They are LYING!! Also There was a fire downstairs fron my apartment. And that happened in October. Ever since then I dont feel safe and I'm scared that my apartment could have gotten burned. But before that there was a pipe that busted upstairs. I was sleeping on the couch and people were banging at my door. My bathroom and kitchen were flooded. My kitchen light wouldn't work for a couple days and I had to keep a pot on the floor for 2 days. Now I have water stains in my livingroom, kitchen, hallway and bedroom. Also my a/c broke like 5 times. It kept freezing up then leaking. Then just stop working. It was bad. It was soo hard to live here with no a/c. Then my garbage disposal broke and leaked everywhere. I couldnt use the kitchen sink or run the dishwasher for a week. Not only that, i've known of cars getting stolen and getting damaged. atleast 5 since i've been here. I am imbarrased to live here now. This place is not pretty at all. Yes you get free rent sometimes, free water and washer & dryer, and it's really cheap but it's so not worth the headaches. There is trash and broken tv's all around the dumpsters. More than half the maintence don't even speak english. And all they like to do is ride around in the golf carts all day. Or they stay across the street over at Plantation key. (it's worse over there) I do not reccomend it for anyone. Take my word for it. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

(i'm the same person who wrote this rating) Not only that they refused to give me my deposit back. They said it was because they had to "change out the carpet" well considering that there was nothing wrong with the carpet and it was blue and they were changing all the carpets to tan, they just wanted us to pay for there ----! We finally got our deposit back after sending pictures twice and threatning to take them to court. They are not worth anyones time. Trust me dont go near this place! I cant believed I ever lived there! They are a bunch of dumbasses!
