Not No, but HELL NO!

From: -Anonymous-

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004

I lived there for one year and my car was broken into and my family threatened. After I complained to the manager I was told to get the hell out of their office that they were not responsible.

After I 'LEGALY' left when my lease was up, I was sent collection papers stating that I owe them a months rent and that they were keeping my security. They said that I am supposed to give them 30 days notice, Ummm, MY LEASE WAS UP! and during this supposed 30 days were they not fixing the hurricane mold damage, water heater, refrigerator, and sink'

Before I left there was mold on the walls after the hurricane, a leaking hot water heater (for two weeks, no hot water), broken refrigerator, and leaking kitchen sink.

At that time they had street lamps continuously out until recently which
they now have industrial road side street lamps because of mounting legal pressure. (2 years after I left)

Before I moved in no one told me about the murder and burning the body in the car incident or the fact that their maintenance men let themselves in unannounced and help themselves to your stuff. Oh, we fired that guy along time ago. Although it continued.

They have police there constantly. Illegals, many to one apartment. Roaches and I've seen rats. I'm not making any of this stuff up; ask any long term residents before you sign anything.

The staff is your best buddy until you complain, see for yourself and their sister apartments across the street there is no difference. Remember, if you have a valid argument, you can't get a hold of anyone with authority, only the rotating managers.

Also in closing, these managers constantly post positive comments on this website in order to boost the rating for this and their sister Providence Park. I have seen both of them as low as 28%.

Don't fall for there BS, drugs, break ins, car vandalism, vermin, pests, illegal??s, noise, dirty hallways, mold, poor maintenance, dirty pools, lack of security, non existent maintenance, rude managers. It's not worth it, Say no to Providence Park and Plantation Key.

Spend your 800 a month on a mortgage and you get to keep your house, why endanger yourself and your loved ones for 9,000 a year that you will never get back and have nothing to show for it than a destroyed car and your possessions stolen and denial from the staff' Did anyone ever mention when the 2nd story Balcony next to the pool collapsed' I wonder if they got their deposit back when they left.

Florida Law IS!!! Specific that the owners of the apartment ARE RESPONSIBLE for a reasonable safe environment which this place is not, they have been investigated for it in the past.

Hey, you don't have to believe me, before you sign just ask any of the Sheriffs out there at the time their opinion. Also, don't fall for the lame comment from the staff, because the Sheriffs out there all the time, it means its safe and their doing their job.

DUDE! If the Sheriffs out there all the time it's BECAUSE OF THE FREAKIN CRIME!!! IDIOT!

Note: I was actually at the plantation key apartment complex but I have posted the same comment on both plantation key and providence park.
