This is a craphole and you DO NOT get your money's worth. It's a real shame that normal people can't seem to get a nice apartment at a good price. The staff is unprofessional and are AlWAYS late. The maintenance staff never replys to voicemails and you have to threaten to withhold the rent to get any of them to do anything. The emergency line was a joke too, When my AC was leaking water into my hallway they didn't even give a courtesy call let alone show up to do anything. The apartments are old but not nice, when I moved in the fridge door was taped to the main part of the fridge. There was a cabinet drawer missing in the kitchen only to be replaced by something that was made by the maintenance staff, not even sanded smooth, and painted a completely different color than what the cabinets were! That's not even the worst part, to renew my lease they wanted to charge me $10 more a month! When I moved out they wanted to charge me $262 plus keep my security deposit to replace the ENTIRE apartments carpeting (There was only a two inch whole in the bedroom). This was definately the WORST experiance of my life and I would tell anyone thinking of living here or Plantation Key to pay the extra money to live anywhere else! If i could rate this as a zero I would!
