i have been here since october 2008 and i have had no problems maintenance is fixes things when you call they are always outside cleaning the parkinglot. the only problem i have had is the crazy lady that lives below me sometimes plays the drums and smokes to much ciggarrettes that it comes up to my balcony and i can smell it she is a witch that complains too much.
