It's ok here, depending on what you're looking for...

I have lived here a year and will be moving out. The apartments here are decent but I was overall disappointed. I requested a second floor apt, and when I relocated to Florida my apt was not ready for two weeks and then I was placed in a ground floor apt, I couldn't postpone moving in, so I had to take it. Many of the apartments here don't get direct sunlight, as the layout of the bulidings and all the trees don't allow any sunlight in. I don't usally hear my neighbors except for one who plays their guitar with an amplifier, but that's only in the evenings. Also, there are a couple of my neighbors who stomp up and down the stairs. It seems like most of the poeple who live here are young, age 18-30. Mostly, I am moving because the rent increase to renew my lease is not reasonable for what I am getting and I want a place where I can get sunlight during the day.
