Haven't lived here long. Don't know if it is because this is the first time I have lived on a floor other than the 3rd. There are creeks in the floors which I can hear everywhere the upstairs neighbor walks (stomps) and downstairs I can hear the radio vibrating the walls. The stairs in the hallway are old wood and you can hear every step like it's in your apartment. I never get any peace. It's worth paying a little more for a newly constructed apartment.
