The office staff is rude and unhelpful!!! I had several issues that I reported to the office especially a bad water heater that always leaked. I never got any response from the office or maintenance. I tried to get a manager involved and the manager Jane would not give me the time of day she said she was always busy but I saw her sitting in her office doing nothing!!!!
Another thing if you have kids be careful the stairs are wood and rotting away I have seen so many people fall on the stairs.
I cant wait to get out of here and they better not try to charge me for the water damage when I have told them about their crappy appliances. Which is another thing I heard that they try to screw people over with fake or exaggerated damages which dont exist. RENTER BEWARE!!!

Funny you say this because I lived here with a friend and we never got screwed. We had issues in the apartment but they were always taken care of...
