I've lived here for almost 2 years and the property has gone downhill terribly. The gate never works, scary people always walking around, LOUD constantly...bass from cars going by, pet birds yelling on patios, people playing music loud. The office staff is wonderful, but the apartments are awful. You WILL hear every noise from the person who lives above you. Big problems with water leaks too, but I guess you can expect that from older buildings.

Standards of potential residents must have gone down considerably because the new people moving in all look like criminals. The lady who lives underneath me is constantly calling in complaints and meanwhile I have to listen to the girl who lives above me running on her treadmill at 5:00 am every morning.

I agree! I've been there two years as well. As soon as my lease is up, the criminals can have it! If you want your apartment: broken into, car stolen, car broken into, strange people at all hours of the night, false advertising by staff and idiots with there ghetto bs blasting then move into Providence Place! You'll feel right at home!

I agree. With more ------ meaning more problems because I am racist. No I am not racist. I just want to show you both how stupid you sound. Grow up, its 2008. Move into a home in the suburbs and stop complaining. OH, and criminals are everywhere.
