Providence place is the most horrible apartment complex I've ever lived in by far!! The office staff are snooty and will tell you anything including lies to get money from your pockets.. Once you move in, you realize that the property is not taken care of, the pool is always full of wierd people, and the gym looks like it is sitting in someones garage. Find somewhere else to go, don't embarrass yourself by having friends and family come to visit you here...

Finally a real resident.. when you move out MAKE SURE YOU FORCE THEM TO DO A WALK THROUGH otherwise you will get a bill in the mail for over $1000 on top of them keeping your deposit!! Jane is a old dirty ------ and a lieing F**k

I completely agree. They want to paint over mold and only shop vac the water seeping from the walls. Jane does lie through her teeth, John doesn't understand the company's policies and you get a different story from each person you talk to.
