Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
I've been here a couple of years and I have never personally had any issues. The people in the office have been nice to me and anything I needed fixed has been taken care of. I see that other people on here have downed this place, and everyone has a story to tell, good or bad-but for me, it has been good. I have lived in worse places (like Plantation Key) and I can honestly say that this place is ok in my book. Right now I live in the biggest one bedroom and it's perfect for me and my things. I haven't had problems with crime like I did at Plantation Key. Also, the lawns always look nice, so I can't complain.
