this place is fine to me. I haven't had any problems. They fixed my window when it was broken and called for service they were here the next day. The only thing that bugs me is the guy working in the office he is an a-hole. I currently lived in Doral Oaks and that place was horrible. The gate always works here. What are people complaining about.

You have only lived there less then a year.. you will see.. and yes, the gate finally works and oddly enough it has worked for th epast few months... at least somethign has changed for th better in that dump..
