This is a nice place to live for the most part, its a small community and its also trouble free, or has been for me for the past 4yrs. The apartments are big but there old and need upgrading, the Kitchens are a hideous color, they're roomy but have no real counter space. Plenty of storage in these apartment. Sometimes maintainence is a bit slow but they usually fix the problem. There seem to be more and more kids moving in, the maintainence man's kids are the worst, there are 4 of them and they think they can do and say and behave how they like because 'my dad works here'! The security gates are nothing more than a piece of wood that are constantly getting smashed down. However, it is a safe place to live, noise levels are good and mostly respectable neighbors here.
There a bit pricey for the lack of facilities, no fitness centers here and the playground is tiny, just a climbing frame really. The pool is ok but again very small.

If they upgraded the appliances and the bathrooms/kitchens then these apartments could be really nice.

You should be thankful that thanks to Randy the complex has been doing alot better since he came onboard to our complex. You must be some real miserable person when you have to make a comment about his children when all his boys are very polite. You need to focus on how our complex has gotten alot better since Randy has been with us.

I agree with laylatg. Randy is the best,because of him this property has gotten better.And about his kid they r very polite and helpful.The person who wrote this not must not have life. So do your self a favor get 1!!
