Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The apartments are big and we have a nice view. Maintenance is getting better, they usually respond very quickly.The kitchen colors are very out of date. The appliances could use updating also, I think our stove has been there since day one. A bit pricey for not having ammenities....gym, SMALL pool, no lights at the tennis courts, SMALL palayground. But overall, quiet, never any problems.
