I must say I did enjoy living at Sun Lake until the huge spiders and wasps settled in with me. After 3yrs I had enough. Their roof leaked, had huge water stains in my son's room and living room, and when I reported it, they just painted over it. Overall it was ok, I liked the fact it was secluded and hidden from everything and I could let my son roam freely and most of the neighbors knew each other and the kids. Pool was always dirty, the staff's kids were the noisiest, there were acouple police incidents, and the old property manager stole my security deposit which took the new staff 4 months to refund me (keep good payment records)!!
