I have lived here for a year and I cannot wait for my to lease be up! When I first moved in maint. was horrible. It's finally getting a little better. But the office is the worst I have ever dealt with. Ken, supposedly an assistant manager, is never around, accept when he is trying to get something from you. When you call in forget about ever talking to anyone or them ever calling you back. You probably find Ken outside smoking instead of working. Very arrogant and doesn't have any right to be. Occasionally they will have a spanish lady work there, I think she said her name was Nancy, not really sure, but she at least acts like she cares and even picks up the phone when she is there. I usually have more luck when she is there getting maint to come out to my apt then when Ken is there. If you are looking for a large older apartment and don't mind having a office that could careless about you this is the place for you. Oh and be careful of the spiders!!!Lots and lots of them.
