We moved in early this year on recommendation from others who worked for the same company and found it to be a decent place. I the last 6 months we have seen the place go down hill quickly. The working people seem to be moving out and being replaced with what appears to be welfare renters. We never had gangs of teenagers wandering around the grounds all hours of the night and I undertand there have been several apt robberies recently. My wife no longer feels safe here and wants to move.

We have lived here for a while as well and when we first moved here, it was a really nice place to live. I agree with you on the "welfare renters". We both cringe when we see moving vans coming in now wondering what they will be bringing with them. There have been a half-dozen burglaries and half-dozen car thefts in the past three months and yes, there is a gang of teenagers walking around at night. We no longer feel safe here either but don't know how to get out of the lease. Will it take someone being raped or killed for the management to release people from their leases? This place is dangerous. Many people have now bought guns for safety. What a lawsuit they will have if it comes to that. I can't believe a place can go downhill so fast. Don't move here.

you guys are so ridiculous. i live here and i love it!!! its the best place. everyone that lives around me is so nice and thoughtful.. i dont ever see gangs walking around. and i feel safe for the most part. i love it!! i reccommend it for sure.

You must be right. I didn't realize the residents who had their apartments broken into and their cars stolen were all lying. It's also funny that police reports reflect the same thing residents have been telling other residents.
