These are probably some of the shoddiest apartments in brandon. I lived there for about a year, and like the other person to comment, wall units suck for AC as they're wall units, not central air, they're tiny, and everything in them is at least 5 years old. A friend of mine still lives there, and has a pine tree bending over her apt that was bent that way 2 yrs ago from hurricane season. Lighting is poor, and since they're less expensive, you have some lower class people living there, which, guilty as charged, can make you feel uncomfortable. The parking lot was small, and you often shared it with the other complex, simply because you had nowhere else to park.
