I lived there for a year and all I can say is you get what you pay for. They are some of the cheapest apartments in Brandon, so what do you expect' The wall were thin, the appliances old, but overall they aren't bad for a person on a budget. For a small place, the aprtment had plenty of storage room, and built in shelves. I also liked the fact that management was not intrusive and pretty much left you alone unless you came to them. I wouldn't recommend it for a family, just because the units are so small, but for a single person, a college student, etc I thought it was a great find.
