So far this has been a very pleasant experience. The area is conveniently located at Kings and Bloomingdale. The staff is very friendly. The manager is on top of things and always gets back with you. The trees and the squirrels add to the peacefulness. My neighbors are so quiet I sometimes wonder if they're still around! The one-bedroom apts are small, but very nice. I love the built-in bookshelves in the dining area! The kitchen is super small, but for one or two people, it's perfect and has a very nice pantry and plenty of cabinet storage. The attic is clean and not scary like the other attics I've been exposed to. I love this place and recommend it to anyone.
