I have lived here now for over a year and a half. The problems I have experienced have been minor because of the quality of service. When I had a water leak behind the wall, the apartment maintenance team were very active about repairing the problem right away. I had an element burn out in the water heater and they repaired it by the end of the day. Granted there are cigarette butts and trash in the halls, that is not the apartment?s fault, but the neighbors, take a little action and complain against the doers! I understand the problem with the pool hoppers in the summer, but we do have a police officer who lives here and is on call for that reason. The reason the gates are broken all of the time is because of the idiots who constantly drive through them!!!!! The neighbor hood is safe and clean and getting out of here in the morning is easy with a stop light at the corner. If you people think this place is bad..try living at Charleston Landings, I lived there for 2 years, that is a hell hole! To me this place is paradise compared to that complex!
