i have just moved recently to sterling palms. the reason i moved was mainly the great special i got and friendliness of the staff. this is the first apartment ive ever moved into that was not a brand new community but it looked new when i got here. the neighbors are great. the one thing i dont like but can understand is the children running all over the place,some unsupervised but thats the only negative thing. so far so good.
