I thought this was a very nice complex when I came and visted during the day (when there are no kids running around & plenty of parking). Then I moved in, because of a "special", and now am I paying for not doing more research. This place is dirty to say the least. All the kids run around like wild animals, throwing things at your car, throwing their food and candy wrappers everywhere. You'd think this was an orphange, you'll never see any parents. The staff is not available. Maintance never comes when their called. My air conditioner has broke three times since I moved in August 1, 2003. And I'm still having problems. No one ever picks up after their animals (Grose!) I would love to break my lease however, I can't. As soon as this lease is up I am out!!!
