Not such bad place to live

I have lived here for a year now. I have had a good experience so far. However, management has just changed, and the new maintenance crew (especially the maintenance manager) are lazy and have a bad attitude. We've had problems getting them to come fix our air-conditioner 3 times. My lease is now due, I'm not sure if I will re-sign a lease, just because of the new maintenance crew. Overall however it's not such a bad place to live. Place is clean. There are a lot of kids, but I don't mind the kids, it's a family environment. The kids are not roudy, they are just kids.
