Good for apartment living

I live at Sterling Palms and have for about 2 years now. For me, I prefer to live in a house and have recently started to have one built. But as far as apartment living goes, I would say overall my stay here has been pretty good. Not too many complaints. As for the pool shutting down on Mondays, I was pissed about that but when I complained to management they explained how it needs shock from all the greasy kids that swim on the weekends (not quite in those words, but I got the point). Since they put it that way, I wonder about other complexes that don't care about that' There are alot of kids, but I blame them running around on bad parenting. Maintenance has always been quick and knowledgable. Luckily, however, I haven't required there services too much. The office girls were very nice to me when I moved in, and have never once been rude to me. The only other thing I would complain about (if you want to call it a complaint) is the grass being burnt. Although, we have had no rain this summer so far, I think it may be an irrigation problem. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable place to live (if apartment living is for you)or stay temporarily I would overall reccomend this place to you. In fact, I did already to a co-worker who is also having a decent stay here.
