Horrible place to live!!!!!!!

I would definitly think twice before signing a lease at Sterling Palms. The place is disgusting!!! There are rats running around the building from all the garbage thrown on the ground. Children run wild with no supervision...even swimming in the lake. My AC was always broken and mold was growing in my apartment. Paint was thrown on my car one evening, and a guest of mine had a car stolen right from the parking lot. Every night we overheard conversations about drug use and violence. The day I broke my lease was the most relieiving day in my life!
