I don't know where these other people were writing about, but we have absolutely loved our stay in these apartments. They are quiet, the neighbors are polite, we haven't had any problems with crime, bugs, pests, maintainance, or anything else while we've lived here. Staff is very polite and helpful, and even after 3 hurricanes they have managed to keep everything clean and in very good condition. The only slight problem might be some of the kids and teens that hang around outside the buildings, but they are polite, don't interfere with anything, don't cause any harm, and don't make a lot of noise. Essentially just kids being kids, which isn't a problem to me. The only reason we will be moving is because we are buying a home. Otherwise we really like it.
