I have lived in Sterling Palms for a few months & I would have to say that the last few reviews would have to have been written by people who travel alot or work alot. If you spent alot of time here, I am sure your opinion would change. I do agree that the staff seems very friendly & they treat us well. Some of the maintenance staff seems highly unmotivated. The common areas are all in a state of disrepair often due to damage caussed by unnattended children. (Broken gates, broken spa, broken lights etc.) There is trash everywhere. You will find a lovely assortment of trash in every common area. I am not sure what is worse living around pigs who cannot throw away thier own trash or maintenance that chooses not to see or pick up the trash. As for the kids this would be my biggest complaint. They are out of control and intimidating in large packs. Largely unsupervised these kids wreak havoc on the entire complex, and are definilty at risk with all of the other inappropriate behavior going on around here. And to end my rant Loud thumping stereos driving through the parking lot all day & all night make it almost impossible to get any peace and quiet.
