All in all it's a nice to place to live. I've never had an issue with noise or the staff. Whenever I call to get something fixed they have been out the same day to fix it. They are extremely helpful and nice. I enjoy how the staff keeps us updated with monthly newsletters and if anything is about to occur there is always a paper on my door letting me know about it, so I am never surprised. I've never had a problem with the children around the community. Yes there seems to be a lot of them that hang around together but I have never thought of them as a gang or thought that they were doing anything illegal. It just looks like kids hanging out with friends. There has never been any damage to my personal belongings and I feel completely safe walking in the parking lot at night. I haven't gone to the pool very often but whenever I have the people there always seem to belong to the community and the kids are being supervised by parents. I haven't been to the playground and I didn't even realize that there was a tennis court in the community so I really can't comment on that. I enjoy the gym and go there often, every time I have been in there all the equipment has been in good working condition. I haven't seen any trash laying around and the trash area seems to always be clean with the trash in it's right spot. Most of the people that live here are polite and I have never had any problems with my neighbors. My apartment is in good condition and is spacious. I have two large bedrooms, two baths, and two walk in closets. The living room and dining room are also large. I wish the kitchen was a little bigger but it's plenty of room for more than one person to be in there at the same time. The only negative thing I can really say is that parking was not planned for very well when they built the community. If I come home any later than 6 o'clock I will have to park either in the front of the complex (near the office) or by the laundry room., both are about two buildings down from where I live. Other than the parking my experience here has been very pleasant.
