We have lived here almost a year. My only big complaint is the ants. The apartment it self is a great size. I wish there where a gate to keep some people out but even gates don't hold someone back if they really want in. I lived here when the person was shot, didn't seem random. Many autos where broke in last year, I was lucky. I do smell Marajuana too often but thats apartment living. The parking, they could use a few more spaces. The staff have always been great. Maintance fixes things usally in two days or less. I don't see much trash around and thank goodness have never seen a rat. I do not work and other than the weekend the place is very peaceful. I think with any apartment or subdivision for that matter it just depends on your neighbors. Walls seem pretty thick if I do hear noise its from outside not in.
