I live in Sterling Palms now Tuscany VIllas for 2 years now. It's been a good experience except for last year shootings, but that can happen anywhere, but I thing the problem was that the previous Manager did not know how to handle that situation. We got a new manager this past January. I lived in many apartments and I have never seen a more hands on manager than Sonia. Since her arrival I notice that the parking lot lights that I complaint for so long were fixed, the playground was repaired and even brand new SOD!!! you can see her outside painting, planting and even picking up garbage. I thing if we concentrate in the positive and come together and help her by following the rules, this will be an even better place to call home.
