My intial thought of the property was it's o.k but since I didn't have alot of time I just went w/the flow of things,and to my surprise the mngr (Shawn)was wonderful!! If I would have had more time I would've kept looking for a place to call home.But she was so nice and caring I decided to apply.Not to mentions she really sold the place to me and the benifits of living here. "However there are things that need to be addressed on the property and this goes out to all those sesking and all those who already live here if you don't participate in keeping the area where you live up to the standards of luxary rental property and let mngmnt know what goes on after hours they can't fix the problems and keep the property the way you and I pay for or what the property was intended for.

unfortuately I did not have the same response from manager (Shawn), she flat out told me that this is how apt complexes are after I told her what was going on after hours! I totally disagree with her...she is the MANAGER AND HER JOB IS TO MANAGE THE COMPLEX AND the ongoings that occur! As for the residents participating...the type of people that live here have declined during this past year and are not capable of caring enough to assist with keeping up the higher standards of living. Breezeways are dirty, light fixtures have cob webs and even the residents can't even dispose of their trash in the compactor correctly!!!

I totally disagree with you. I keep my part of the breezeway free of debree, take my trash immediately to the dumpster and make sure my kids are supervised at all times. I believe that half of the complex does that, however the other half of the complex is income restricted. They do not really care to keep it up like the one's paying full price. Tuscany might as well turn the entire complex into income retricted complex, because to me it is the hood. Shawn also sold me on this place, however she did not get the job done, which is probably why she is not here. If you ask me she should be here and the one's in position now need to be replaced.
