Sounds to me like someone couldn't or didn't abide by their lease terms! This is a beautiful community with stunning amenities and dispite the fact that credit issues prevented me from residing here, the management, and the staff were wonderfully polite and professional at all times. In fact, once my credit dilema's are addressed...I plan on re-applying at this community!

amenities?? where? this place is so over priced it's not funny.. i lived there for a year. my base rent with nothing included was 950. no ceiling fans, no lights in the living room.. no washer/dryer. the staff talks down to you like they are working in the mall at some make up counter..
