First of all, the other bad comments about this place is not true at all.

The office staff is very nice.

I think you should be happy that they care about the grounds.I have lived here for over a year and NEVER had a problem with maint, they are always on top of everything.

I don't blame the office staff from running from ya all, I would do the same too.
