O.K Place but very bad management and Maintenance.

Its already 8 month living in here, I can't wait till the lease is over.The manegent are super nice till you sign the lease.

Then whatever you need they give you hard time, I need to request maintenance 2-3 times befoer it get done, and it does not get done right from the first time.People leave garbage infront of their doors and nothing done about it(Smeel, flies, insects, etc...

) they do not even wash the hallway.
If you come late for parking you have to park so far, not enough parking for every building.

So before you rent keep this in mind.
