If you are considering moving here, you should reconsider and pay the extra $15 or $20 a month for an more cleaner and safer complex to live. There are guys hanging out on the steps throughout the day talking loud, swearing, and smoking weed. Although the inside of the apartments are nice, like anything else, "you get what you pay for."
